Release force:

1. Tesa7475 test: 200~500g, 300~600g, 500~1000g, 800~1500g;

2. NITTO 31B test: 15~30g, 20~40g, 40~100g, 100~300g

3. Silicone band MY2G test: 100~300g, 200~400g, 400~800g

The above products are shown by XPS test to be silicone-free.

The application of non-silicon release films is mainly based on two points:

1. It does not contain silicon, and there is no problem of silicon transfer contamination;

2. It can be bonded to silicone and silicone gel, and the price is cheaper than fluorine (the release effect is not as good as fluorine film) .
